Sarah graduated from California State University, Northridge, CA, where she received her Master's of Physical Therapy degree. She also attended Azusa Pacific University and has received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health with a Physical Therapy emphasis. Sarah graduated at the top of her Physical Therapy class, receiving a 4.0 GPA, and graduated with Cum Laude Honors in her undergraduate schooling. Sarah’s experience includes Vestibular rehabilitation, Orthopedics, Post-op Rehabilitation, Headaches including Cervicogenic Headache, Spine Dysfunction and Pain syndromes, Neurologic Care, Taping, and Manual Therapy including Spinal Manipulative Therapy (SMT) and Intramuscular Manual Therapy (Dry Needling). She is currently working on her certification in Spinal Manipulative Therapy and Intramuscular Manual Therapy/Dry Needling. She has over 5 years of experience and has worked in many Physical Therapy settings including: Inpatient/Acute; Inpatient rehabilitation including Stroke and Spinal Cord Injury rehabilitation; and, works currently in Outpatient Physical Therapy. This diversified treatment background allows her an advantage of insight into her patients' past or upcoming course of treatment. Sarah began her education and career in California and has since moved to Arizona to continue her career and found Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Specialists, PLLC.
